Glamour, Confidence & Motherhood: Andri’s Wedding Look in Napoli

Styling for a wedding is always special — but styling for a new mom, during the Christmas period, in Napoli, Italy, requires something even more thoughtful.
When Andri reached out to me, her baby was still under one year old, and her priorities were very clear: she wanted to feel glamorous and confident, without compromising comfort, practicality, and ease as a busy mom.

Our goal was to create a look that felt festive and elegant, while still allowing her to move freely, breastfeed easily, and enjoy the celebration without stress.

We chose a glamorous yet simple mini dress with a wrap-effect silhouette — a detail that made it both flattering and functional. The soft, metallic plissé chiffon added movement and light, making the dress perfect for a winter wedding in Italy.

The length of the dress was intentionally chosen to flatter Andri’s petite frame, proving that the right mini dress can beautifully enhance your silhouette. Being petite doesn’t mean avoiding mini lengths — on the contrary, when cut and proportion are right, a mini dress can elongate the body and create a balanced, elegant look.

As the wedding took place during winter, we styled the look with tights, but instead of keeping them simple, we went for something a little more extra, adding subtle sparkle to maintain a glamorous and festive feel.

For shoes, we decided on black satin slingback heels — elegant, timeless, and practical enough for a long day and night, without going for very high heels. The look was completed with a black leather croco clutch, a true all-time classic, and sparkling earrings worn close to the ear, adding just the right amount of shine while staying comfortable for a mom on the go.
